The Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) is Public–private Partnership (PPP) venture which plans to modernize the airstrip. It includes the development of another world-class traveler terminal building in MCIA, with a limit of something like 8 million travelers for every year.
Megawide and its Indian accomplice GMR (Megawide-GMR consortium) submitted the most elevated offer of P14.4 billion for the venture. They have been recompensed the arrangement.
